As an accomplished manager, software architect, business analyst and project leader, his recent assignments have included knowledge architecture, business process modeling, systems architecture design and technical training.

Bill also provides ongoing Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SRED) guidance, support and assistance to clients across various industries.
